After an initial consultation, we’ll help you find the best fit to lead your project or role. Each lead is supported by a team of experienced in-house engineers to swiftly deliver high-quality code.

Your lead becomes a core member of your team. They attend all company meetings and contribute to all stages of development with a strong focus on the overall success of your company - just like a core engineer would. They’ll help with planning, architecting, implementing, and testing of the projects they take on.

Your lead will also work with their supporting team to deliver projects/milestones weekly. While the team iterates on the project, the lead can provide updates as frequently as needed - generally during weekly or daily stand-ups.
